Mark Murray is a technology executive, software developer, and strategic advisor with more than 23 years of leadership across the Air Force, Intelligence Community, National Reconnaissance Office, and Navy.
As a GG-15 Director, he has overseen a $6.1 billion portfolio, led 200+ personnel, and driven modernization initiatives across the most demanding institutional environments in the federal government. At NASIC, he directed A5/8 — Plans, Programs and Requirements — orchestrating strategy, portfolio prioritization, and execution governance while aligning enterprise modernization to Combatant Command needs.
Outside the government, Mark builds software. He designs, engineers, and ships production iOS applications and web tools under i6 Developments LLC — with four products in market.
